Shipping Policy

BiggerBudz is operated by Growlabs GmbH, Reuslistrasse 27, 4450 Sissach, Switzerland.

1. Shipping Origin

All orders are shipped from Switzerland.

2. Processing and Dispatch Times

Orders for items that are in stock are usually processed and dispatched within 24 hours on business days.

Orders placed on weekends, public holidays, or outside normal business hours are processed on the next business day.

Dispatch times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

If a product is out of stock, dispatch may be delayed, split into partial shipments, or the order may be cancelled in whole or in part.

3. Shipping Arrangement

Where shipping is offered by us, BiggerBudz / Growlabs arranges shipment as a separate shipping service for the customer.

For cross-border orders, and to the extent legally and operationally possible, shipment is arranged in the customer’s name and on the customer’s behalf.

Any shipping charge shown at checkout is a separate charge for arranging shipment and does not change the allocation of customs, import, tax, or destination-country compliance responsibilities described below.

4. Customs, Import and Destination Responsibility

The customer is solely responsible for ensuring that the ordered products may be lawfully imported, possessed, marketed, resold and used in the destination country.

Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, the customer bears all risks, costs and obligations relating to:

  • import clearance
  • destination-country VAT, taxes and duties
  • customs charges
  • brokerage and handling fees
  • permits, notifications or registrations
  • local product compliance requirements
  • customs seizure, detention, refusal or destruction in the destination country

To the extent legally possible, the customer is treated as the importer of record and bears responsibility for destination-country compliance.

Where Swiss export formalities must legally be completed by us, our carrier, or a commissioned customs service provider, this does not shift import responsibility or destination-country compliance responsibility away from the customer.

5. Business Customers

For Business Customers, unless otherwise agreed in writing, all deliveries are made:

If we arrange transport for a Business Customer, this is done only as an additional service on the buyer’s behalf and at the buyer’s risk and expense, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

6. Consumers

For Consumers, shipping options offered in the online shop are provided as a convenience service only.

The customer remains responsible for destination-country import legality, import charges, customs charges, and all destination-country compliance obligations.

Nothing in this Shipping Policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply under applicable law.

7. Delivery Destinations

We ship only to destinations that are enabled at checkout or otherwise expressly confirmed by us.

The availability of a country at checkout does not guarantee that every product is lawful or deliverable there.

We reserve the right to reject, suspend or cancel any order where shipment is restricted by law, customs practice, carrier rules, or compliance concerns.

8. Failed Delivery, Customs Refusal and Returned Parcels

If a parcel is:

  • refused by the customer
  • not collected
  • returned by customs
  • blocked by a carrier
  • returned بسبب incorrect address details
  • delayed or returned due to unpaid import charges
  • delayed or returned due to destination-country restrictions or non-compliance

the customer remains responsible for all resulting costs.

These costs may include:

  • return shipping costs
  • customs charges
  • handling fees
  • warehousing fees
  • destruction fees
  • re-shipping costs
  • administrative processing costs

Any refund in such cases is at our sole discretion, except where mandatory law requires otherwise. If a refund is made, we may deduct all costs incurred by us.

9. Transfer of Risk

For Business Customers, risk passes according to the agreed commercial term and, unless otherwise agreed in writing, this is EXW.

For Consumers, risk passes according to the applicable mandatory law.

10. No Guarantee of Delivery into Restricted Markets

We do not guarantee successful customs clearance or lawful import into any destination outside Switzerland.

The customer acknowledges that hemp-, CBD- and cannabinoid-related products may be treated differently depending on country, product format, intended use, labelling, marketing and current regulatory practice.

We may refuse or cancel any order if a destination or product becomes restricted, unclear, or non-compliant.
