1. Our Compliance Approach

BiggerBudz sells hemp-, CBD- and cannabinoid-related products only in product formats and destination markets that we have approved for sale.

Our products are sourced from:

• selected growers in the United States,
• Swiss-grown production,
• and non-EU cultivation partners whose products are prepared and reviewed for compliance with the markets in which they are offered.
  
  

All products offered for sale are reviewed against the legal and regulatory requirements of the markets in which they are sold.

Where applicable, products are independently tested and assessed against the requirements relevant to their intended market and product category.

2. Product Categories

Depending on the destination market, BiggerBudz may offer products in one or more of the following categories:

• smokable products
• non-consumption products
• potpourri
• room odorizer / room aroma products
• other CBD products
  
  

Not every product category is available in every market.

The same cannabinoid-containing material may be treated differently depending on:

• the destination country,
• the product format,
• the intended use,
• the presentation and labelling,
• the applicable THC threshold,
• and the current regulatory position of the competent authorities.
  
  

3. No Medical or Therapeutic Claims

Unless expressly stated otherwise in compliant product documentation, BiggerBudz products are not sold as medicinal products, medical devices or therapeutic products.

Nothing on this website is medical advice or a promise of health-related effects.

Customers and business buyers are responsible for ensuring that any use, resale, display, advertising or onward distribution of our products complies with applicable law in the relevant destination market.

Swiss official guidance takes a classification-by-intended-use approach and makes clear that cannabinoid products can fall under different regimes depending on whether they are sold as foods, cosmetics, chemicals, smoking products or therapeutic products. It also makes clear that therapeutic claims change the classification analysis.

4. Market-Specific Product Handling

BiggerBudz applies a destination-based compliance review before offering products for sale.

This means:

• some products are available only in Switzerland,
• some are available only in selected EU markets,
• some are available only as non-consumption products,
• and some may be restricted, suspended or removed if the regulatory position changes.
  
  

Where product legality, importability or marketability is unclear, we reserve the right not to offer that product into the relevant market.

5. Independent Testing and Quality Review

Where relevant to the product category and market, BiggerBudz uses independent testing and internal compliance review to assess:

• THC thresholds,
• cannabinoid profile,
• product category suitability,
• and market-specific sale conditions.
  
  

Testing and compliance review do not replace the customer’s own legal responsibilities in the destination market.

6. Customer and Retailer Responsibility

By purchasing from BiggerBudz, the customer confirms that:

• they meet the applicable legal age requirements,
• they are legally permitted to purchase and receive the products in the destination country,
• and they understand that product legality depends on destination, format and intended use.
  
  

Retail buyers and other business customers are solely responsible for ensuring that resale, product placement, marketing, advertising and onward distribution comply with the law in their own market.

7. Right to Restrict or Cancel Orders

We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, hold or cancel any order where:

• the legal status of the product in the destination country is restricted, uncertain or has changed,
• import, possession, marketing, resale or use may violate applicable law,
• required compliance documentation is missing or cannot be verified,
• or the order appears intended for unlawful resale, wholesale redistribution or circumvention of local law.
  
  

8. Important Note on Product Classification

Cannabinoid-containing products may be treated differently depending on how they are sold.

For example, the same underlying plant material may be handled differently if sold as:

• a smoking product,
• a non-consumption product,
• a room aroma product,
• a cosmetic,
• a food,
• or a therapeutic product.
  
  

For this reason, BiggerBudz does not guarantee that a product category approved in one market is approved in another market.
