The availability of a country at checkout does not guarantee that every product is lawful or deliverable there.
We reserve the right to restrict, suspend or cancel any order if a destination or product becomes restricted, unclear or non-compliant.
For selected EU destinations, BiggerBudz currently limits certain product categories to products with below 0.3% THC and offers them only as non-consumption products, such as:
This is a current BiggerBudz market approach and not a statement that every product below 0.3% THC is automatically lawful in every EU country.
The EU’s 0.3% figure is the official hemp threshold used in the agricultural/CAP framework, but it is not a universal retail safe harbour for every cannabinoid product category.
For Italy, BiggerBudz currently limits its offer to products with below 0.6% THC only where the relevant product category is treated as a non-consumption product, such as:
Italy is handled with particular caution. BiggerBudz does not treat Italy as a general smokables market.
Italy’s 2025 legal changes specifically tightened the position for hemp inflorescences and products containing them, including extracts, resins and oils derived from them, so product-by-product review is required before any Italian offer is made available.
For the Czech Republic, BiggerBudz currently treats the market as eligible for selected smokable products and other CBD products, subject to current Czech law and product-format review, with an internal compliance cap of below 1% THC where lawful for the relevant category.
The Czech legal framework is evolving and product format still matters. Official Czech materials show a 1% threshold in parts of the legal framework for certain cannabis extracts/tinctures and technical hemp-related handling, but this should not be read as an automatic approval of every product format.
For Switzerland, BiggerBudz currently treats the market as eligible for selected smokable products and other CBD products with below 1% total THC, subject to classification, product format and Swiss compliance requirements.
Swiss official guidance confirms that cannabis and cannabis preparations containing cannabinoids with a total THC content of less than 1.0% fall outside Swiss narcotics legislation, but the applicable product regime still depends on classification and intended use. Swiss official guidance also specifically addresses herbal smoking products under the Tobacco Products framework.
Products offered in a destination market are reviewed against the applicable market structure and are tested independently where relevant to the product and market.
